I grew up surrounded by small animals, as long as I can remember I knew that caring for animals was my future. In February 2019 I graduated as a Veterinary Technician from Maritime Business College and joined the 4 Paws team. I have a special interest in patient care, pain control and emergency medicine. The best part of my job is all the cats I get to meet! It doesn’t matter how sassy they may be I’m always excited to work with our feline patients. Pictured with me is Nala, my gorgeous rescue!
My favourite part about 4 Paws Veterinary Hospital is my coworkers; I work with an incredible team of talented and compassionate people who are the voice and advocates for our furry friends who cannot speak. A fun fact about me is that I love to draw/paint portraits of animals and people!
Four paws is absolutely awesome! We just moved from out of province and our dog got sick they took us…
Many people don’t realize that onions and garlic are toxic to pets. It is so sparsely known that garlic powder is actually a dangerously common ingredient in some homemade dog treat recipes found online. They are also very common ingredients in many different dishes that we humans love to make, so we need to be extra careful to not allow our pets to ingest anything containing these ingredients. No more licking the plate for Fido and Fluffy!
